Visit South Africa: Incredible Things To Do

South Africa is a country that MR. ESLT and I visited independently several months ago. Therefore, it is top of our list of places to visit, together, soon. I was still young when I visited and Mr. ESLT worked on ships from Durban. So none of us really had the opportunity to explore and see what the wonderful things he has to offer. After reading a number of blogs and listening to our best friends who have visited South Africa during their honeymoon, it made us think about what we would like to see when we finally get to visit us.

That’s why, after much thought, we’ve compiled our ultimate travel wish list and best times to make sure we make the most of our trip. For us, the luxury holiday in South Africa from Abercrombie and Kent is perfect and a tailor-made package seems to be the best way to integrate everything we do and want to see into a holiday.

To Go On Safari

No visit to South Africa is complete without safari, there are many national parks and hunting reserves in the country, but most popular is the famous Kruger National Park. If you want to see as many animals as possible up close, first look for the best time to visit South Africa. Kruger is home to the Big 5 and is a tourist destination all year round, but April and September are the best months to visit as the vegetation is sparse, which means there is a greater chance of seeing animals.

To Visit Cape Town

The best times to visit Cape Town are March to May and September to November. In fact, even if these months fall into the mid-season, they still offer good weather. While they attract fewer tourists and lower hotel prices. There are so many amazing things to do in Cape Town so it is difficult to reduce them to a few. However, a cable car to the top of Table Mountain is a must, as is a visit to the penguins on Boulder Beach.

Whale-watching

The best time for whale watching on the south coast of Cape Town is from June to November. There are a number of tour operators along the coast offering daily trips. Of course, a whale can not be guaranteed, but you will have a good time to try it. You can also use the tour as an opportunity to observe birds and discover seals and dolphins. If you are adventurous, you can even dive in a great white shark cage, although you are warned this is not for shy ones.
